Our cleaning team is very thorough and will tailor the cleaning to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for a one time seasonal deep clean or a regular cleaning / maintenance schedule – we can help. We typically send one person (residential) unless others needed and agreed in advance. Time required and prices are somewhat flexible depending on size of home, cleaning required and frequency of cleaning. We recommend for a regular schedule that you allow anywhere from 2-6 hours (again size of house etc.) for a deep clean and then for follow up/maintenance cleanings anywhere from 1-4 hours. We do not have a minimum charge so if it takes one hour for maintenance – that is all you pay. Our normal hourly rate is $35 per person. This rate will be discussed and negotiated in extreme cases / cleanups etc. on a case by case basis.
We are experts in moving, pre-sale, post renovation cleanup, pre move in, seasonal etc. In the case of move-outs we have the capability of removing and disposing of unwanted items and trash. Where we can – we will repurpose furniture and household items to those in need and/or donate to Habitat for Humanity, Savers and more. In addition we will dispose of trash/unusable items. Disposal fees are invoiced at our cost
